Sleeplessness issue
I took the first capsule in the morning and couldn’t sleep at all, not even the following night. While the vitamins helped with my brain fatigue, the resulting sleeplessness negated the benefits. There may be a stimulant in it; I’d caution anyone with sleep issues about this supplement.
